HOW WE OPERATE: A CUSTOMER-ORIENTED TURNKEY SOLUTION

Legal and business structures

SOISA is a legally established company under Mexican law

SOISA has an IMMEX program authorized by the Federal Economic Secretariat and a DGAC Certification by the Federal Aeronautical Office, to expedite and facilitate, temporary imports to Mexico. With this we can import in hours all the raw materials for the manufacturing process.

SOISA hires all its employees and does not use subcontractors. This means that our customers do not have any labor responsibilities in Mexico. Should there be specific training requirements, we have relationships with local training centers.

Our customers do not need to have any legal presence in Mexico. SOISA imports all necessary components, manufactures, assembles, tests, finishes, etc and exports back to your company, or to the end user. All products are delivered under the “SOISA seal” , our AS9100 quality certification system.

SOISA respects confidentiality. Our 50 years of problem-free experience manufacturing for foreign companies confirms the professional way we handle all information. We recognize that trust is the most important commodity in a business relationship. It must be built and continuously reinforced.

We consider our customers to be partners. We encourage the development of long term agreements based on mutually acceptable terms and on a progressive establishment of a track record and of trust.

Operations

Complete control within our company and our AS9100B.

We fully manage all aspects of the operation. From start to finish. We do this with in-house permanent employees. We are a one-stop-shop to meet your requirements.

Training to empower our people

We believe that training is a fundamental foundation for a successful operation. We provide the basic training for our employees in our core competencies and business processes.

However, to satisfy your requirements our people must be trained in areas specific to your products and processes.

Should you trust us with your business, we would propose to develop a complete training program for your requirements. This will assure that SOISA will deliver your product with the highest quality standards.

We have relationships with one of the best technical training schools in Mexico. One training approach is that we send our operators to be trained at this school based on your requirements. While they are in their training period, our local government can pay up to 30% of their salary.

Quality

In the initial stages of our relationship, we recommend that a person from your company is resident in our factory. This will ensure that we clarify and master all the customer-specific quality aspects of the products, and jointly perform first article inspections.
